1-on-1 Assessment

To kick off your 21-Day Jump-Start, you will receive a 1 hour, 1-on-1 Strategy Session with one of our team members. This is our chance to learn about you in more detail. We will discuss your goals, run you through a quick screen to make sure we are giving you the right exercises, and map out a nutrition plan to put you on the path to success both INSIDE and OUTSIDE the gym.

3 Semi-Private Personal Training Sessions

Never experienced a gym like this before? No problem. We will use these three sessions to teach you the fundamentals and proper technique needed to make your workouts count. Are you someone who has a little more experience? That works too. We spend three sessions dialing in your exercise technique and setting you up for success!

Unlimited SWEAT Sessions

Experience an unlimited amount of fat burning conditioning classes designed for any level of fitness. This is where pant sizes are lost!
