Adult Fitness

SWEAT classes are offered in 45-minute blocks and designed to shed body fat in a fast paced group setting. Workouts consist of mostly bodyweight and light-weight, low impact exercises that can be modified for any levels of fitness. Personal Training programs are modified and tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, injury history, and body types. At BOLT, personal training is offered in a semi-private setting with a 4:1 member to coach ratio. Through participation in BOLT’s personal training program, you can expect to: Burn Fat, Build Muscle, Get Stronger, Move Better, Feel Better, Improve Performance
