SWEAT CLASSES

SWEAT classes are offered in 45-minute blocks and designed to shed body fat in a fast paced group setting. Workouts consist of mostly bodyweight and light-weight, low impact exercises that can be modified for any levels of fitness.

SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training programs are modified and tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, injury history, and body types. At BOLT, personal training is offered in a semi-private setting with a 4:1 member to coach ratio. Through participation in BOLT’s personal training program, you can expect to:
