 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I thankfully found Bolt close to two years ago and since then, go at least 3x a week. The owner, and all the coaches are knowledgeable, friendly and a joy to work with. They learn your goals and devise a plan to get you there. The small group classes are challenging with both strength and cardio components. The clients are great as well! We work hard but also have a lot of fun doing it.  It's truly my favorite way to start the day. The best part? I'm am stronger than ever!!

The atmosphere is energetic, inspiring and most importantly supportive. The space is so well equipped that it makes every workout not only efficient but enjoyable too! I cannot stress enough how unbelievably exceptional the staff/trainers are. Not only are they knowledgeable and experienced but incredibly passionate about helping each of their clients succeed. They truly take the time to understand individual goals and create personalized workout plans that cater to your particular needs. Their enthusiasm and encouragement is not only genuine but a source of inspiration. They are able to provide constructive feedback and always available to answer any questions you may have. Most of all, I truly appreciate how they push me to exceed my limits while celebrating even the smallest of victories along the way.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Bolt and all of their staff have immensely improved my sports performance, mindset, and understanding of my own body. They have gotten me faster and stronger and I can see the results. Coming in is a joy since all the coaches are so polite, helpful, and supportive. The workouts will have you tired, and sore the next day, but it’s all for a good cause. I love working with Bolt!
