SWEAT classes are offered in 45-minute blocks and designed to shed body fat in a fast paced group setting. Personal Training programs are modified and tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, injury history, and body types.

Without proper diet and hydration, a fitness or performance program alone will not help someone reach his or her fullest potential. At BOLT, we follow the following principles.

We’ve all been there before. We have all been stuck in a rut. We have all looked in the mirror and said, “Ugh… what happened?”

We have all decided to make a change. We have all signed up for a gym membership. We would go a few times a week, hop on the elliptical for 20 minutes, hit two or three machines and leave. We would go consistently for two or three weeks. Maybe we would even lose a pound or two. Then we would miss a day or two. Three days a week became two. Then one. Next thing you know, we have not stepped foot in a gym for three months while our credit card continues to get billed. Then we would try again. And the cycle continues.

We have all started a diet. We have all started several diets. Some of us “start a diet” every single Monday, only for it to be over by Wednesday. We have listened to the talking heads on TV. We have read articles online and in magazines. We have heard so much conflicting information we don’t know what the hell a diet even means anymore. We think we know what it means to diet, yet once that Friday night dinner party comes around all bets are off.

We have all felt guilty about not sticking to our eating and exercise routine.

Yes. We have all been there. I HAVE BEEN THERE.

My name is Michael Baker, and I am the Owner of BOLT Fitness & Performance Training. I got into this field of fitness and performance because I have been in your shoes, and I know how hard it is make a change that sticks.

When I was young and overweight, I made TONS of mistakes to try to change it. These mistakes cost me. Sports, girls, school, friends, experiences…the mistakes I made with my health cost me all of these things at one level or another.

I AM GLAD I MADE THOSE MISTAKES. I have made these mistakes so you no longer have to. These mistakes are what put me in a position today to create this program and community designed to HELP YOU. There is no magic here. This will not be easy. I am not here to make promises. This program works. I know it works because I have watched it work, time and time again.
